I'm a descendant of the third Laird. I thank you for posting this. I had seen excerpts of the Accounts, but I've been unsuccessful in finding the book. I also have enjoyed reading the Brownlees of Torfoot blog. Linda Lucas Walling, probably your distant cousin!
